Return Requirements: Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days of receiving.

Start a Return Online (Fastest)

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Orders → select your order.
  3. Click Request Return and follow the prompts.

✅ You can't submit a return or refund request if your order hasn’t shipped or is completed. Then, contact us through your account about a return and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Local (Boise, ID) Customers

Two Ways to Return:

  1. In-Store Return

    • Bring your item(s) and let an employee check them.
    • Items must be: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days of receiving.
    • Once approved, choose a full refund or an exchange for another item.
  2. Ship Return

    • Submit the request online (above) so we can link it to your order.
    • Ship to: 9542 W Emerald St, Boise, ID 83714
    • Customer pays return shipping (no label provided).
    • Items must meet the same condition requirements.
    • After approval and inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Out-of-State Customers

Return by Shipping Only

  • Submit your request online so we know which item(s) you’re returning.

  • Customer pays return shipping (no label provided).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and returned within 30 days.
  • Once approved and received, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement.

Notes: Final-sale or customized items may be non-returnable. Refunds go to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for bank processing.
