General Return Guidelines:
- We gladly accept and will give full returns on items we keep in-stock within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Washed or altered items are not eligible for return.
- If item is returned after the 30 day period, but item is in original condition we will accept return for store credit.
- Socks and tights are NOT eligible for returns if tried on and/or out of the package.
Made-to-Order and Customized Items:
- All made-to-order and customized items are nonrefundable.
- Please ensure the accuracy of your order details, as these items are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned.
- Schools/Businesses Made-to-Order: Senior Gifts, Future, Eagle Softball, Ballet Idaho, Boulder Mountain Warriors, Crossfit Composure, Green Diamond, Idaho Women for Biden Harris, Junior League of Boise, Practice Brave, Visser Building Company, Wassmuth.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at (208)-515-2444 or come in-store and we will help you :)
- Provide your order number and/or last name, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (unless item qualifies for in-store credit), once the returned items are received, inspected, and deemed in satisfactory condition.
- Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Items purchased during promotional periods or clearance sales may have specific return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
